We hear you.You want the hot body, but you also want mouth watering pancakes.  Because, who doesn't? Try this spin on a breakfast favorite that is sure to please even the most picky eaters in the house.

Ingredients:

1-2 Scoop 168 vanilla Protein Powder

½ banana

2 eggs

1-2 tbsp coconut flour

Dash of cinnamon

(Optional: ¼-½ tsp baking soda for EXTRA FLUFFY CAKES

 

STEP BY STEP: 

  • Mix ALL ingredients into a bowl to make a batter like consistency

  • Heat a NON-stick frying pan on medium heat with a little butter, ghee or coconut oil

  • Pour ¼ cup of batter for each pancake

  • When Bubbles start to form…..FLIP

  • Turn the heat to low and watch them turn golden brown...BAM, like Emeril says you’re DONE! ENJOY THE LEANER, FITTER AND SEXIER YOU!
