Chad received his Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Kinesiology from Cal State University of Northridge (CSUN). He is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) with the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).
He believes strongly in getting experience and education outside of the classroom. As a result, he traveled to 18 countries on a yearlong trip to learn from more than 70 of the top fitness professionals from around the globe. In addition to traveling and coaching 168 Fitness clients, Skrederstu is a part time lecturer at Cal State Northridge in Exercise Physiology.
Chad is a huge fan of family. His goal is to create an environment where parents and kids enjoy exercise together, creating a change in the way the subject of fitness is taught.
Ana Maria is a Master Trainer for the DVRT program. She is also a Certified Personal Trainer with the IMG Academies in Sarasota FL, the American Fitness and Aerobics Association (AFAA), The Department of Sports and Recreation of Puerto Rico(DRD), Official Animal flow Coach, TRX Level II Certified Instructor, Certified Functional Movement Screen Specialist (FMS), Certified FRC Mobility Specialist,Certified Combine 360 Trainer and Certified Personal trainer by the Aerobics Training Institute of Puerto Rico (ATI).
Her passion for education and movement quality are what motivates her to stay current with the latest advances in the fitness industry, always seeking to learn from the best in the field. As a result, Ana has attended multiple courses around the country having the chance to experience different disciplines from bodyweight training, aerial skills training and calisthenics, to Kettlebells and sports conditioning. Ana is a big advocate of empowering women through strength to help them become more independent and confident.
Dustin grew up in La Crescenta, California, a small town in the foothills overlooking Los Angeles. He played numerous sports growing up and fell in love with baseball at a young age. While participating in school sports he honed his skills on the baseball field and became a collegiate player at UC Riverside. He was then later drafted by the New York Mets and began his Professional Baseball career.
After earning his BA and pursuing a professional baseball career, he became a certified Holistic Lifestyle Coach through the CHECK Institute. He has seen over and over, how crucial the mental, physical and emotional health of the person/athlete is to their overall performance, body composition and health. As a former professional athlete he knows the rigors and stress that are placed on the body and mind and if left untreated, can lead to disaster.
Ara Keshishian began his fitness career at the age of 16 when he took up competitive water polo. During his five years in wopo, he naturally became an avid swimmer while also fostering an interest in martial arts. As a young adult, Ara pursued that interest and earned his second-degree black belt in Krav Maga—a self-defense and street-fighting martial arts utilized by the Israeli military. Also practiced in Judo and Aikido, Ara has reached the level of his personal martial arts growth that he embraces the words of Bruce Lee and strives to become like water. He has M.S. in Exercise Science, a certified coach from the International Sports Science Association (ISSA), a black rank certified TRX coach, Strong First level 2 kettleBell instructor, DVRT Ultimate Sandbag Master Trainer, CFSC - Certified Functional Strength Coach, NASE speed and Explosion coach and a Precision Nutrition Level 1 certified nutritionist.
